Default need help, my car is hesitating

I have a 98 gt 5 speed and when you take off nornally at around 800-1500rpm, it seems to have very little power. sometimes it will stall out on me. and sometimes when i am in a parking lot in second gear, at around 1200-2000 rpms it lopes really bad like i have a huge cam. The check engine light has always been on since I put offroad x pipe on it with the mil eliminators it still stays on with O2 sensor codes. Any body have any suggestions?

Check the.....brain fart.......umm.. the thing that controls the air at idle??

someone help please??lol

After cleaning that, check your plugs. The hesitation feeling you mentioned is never any good if it's spark plug related. Just take em out, make sure the gaps are alright and go on from there if they are fine.
