I got a incrediblely squeeky throwout bearing. Its the spec one I installed about 1000 miles ago. I'm kinda pissed.Anyone have a good suggestions for a new one. I was looking into something heavy duty/self aligning or both. Gimme some insight that got screwed by the Spec bearing. Last resort is gonna be a Timken stock replacement.
Yeah my stock one squeaked REALLY loud. It was insaine! And like my friend posted above me my aftermarket one squeaked too for a few miles but it doesnt now
When I put in my Centerforce, I went through 2 from O'Reilly's that were squeaking within 1000 miles. I put in a Motorcraft tob and after 5000 miles it's still good.
I bought a HD model that Centerforce sells under their name and it was bad out of the box. I wanted the car on the road, so I tried a cheapo parts store standard replacement and it's been fine ever since. Go figure!
