hey if i put a 03-04 cobra hood on my car, will i need any modifications to the whip? thinking of this hood.

Every single body shop is going to be different on prices..... Have you thought of calling a few up and asking a price?

it will fit, but I would just buy genuine ford parts ONLY. You can buy genuine ford parts from late model resto too. You gotta have the 03-04 bumper with that hood, otherwise it will look reatrded because of the gap inbetween the pillars and hood
