reminds me of a GT a saw at the last dyno day. completely stock looking with a built forged motor with a twin turbo kit. the piping was pretty much hidden and the turbos were mounted in the front bumper

Would I pay that much? Not at all.
The car probably books at 17-18k. If you want to buy someone elses project car than go right ahead, but I would rather buy a compareable car and do the work myself.
