Fuel problem?
hey I have a question about my 2001 GT. I live in an area where this time of year the temperature can get in the teens and I don't have a garage. My 'Stang doesn't want to start in the morning but when it warms up it does fine. I asked a friend of mine with some car knowledge and he told me it has to do with the fuel injection system. What he said was if I don't have 30 psi in the tank the car won't start, and with the cold the gas molecules contract reducing pressure. Whenever I have a full tank it starts fine. Is there anything I can do about this besides having a full tank all the time? With gas at almost $4 a gallon that's gonna be kinda difficult...[/align]
i really dont think there is much... unless you put warming pads on your fuel rails or tank???? lol
ummm.... maybe a hotter spark.... or some more fuel pressure?

I would start with the typical plugs/fuel filter/air filter etc and go from there. You may also have something going on with the IAT sensor, I would suggest cleaning it and the MAF.
