Drove home today in my truck and counted 3 mustangs.Three inches of snow and still a wall of white coming down.Bout 15 miles from the job to home.To me thats crazy!!I got on the highway and it too me 45 minutes to go 5 miles.I am happy i have a winter vehicle and my car is resting peacefully under a cover!!Wouldnt even think about drivin the Mustang in the snow, winter is harsh on cars.

I live in the south, however I am headed to Pennsylvania tomorrow. So this morning I went to Lowe's and got 250 lbs. of sandbags and threw them in the trunk. I'm still a little worried becauses I have stock goodyears. I am hoping that I don't have to drive in any snow or ice, but it's better to be safe than sorry. I'd really hate to contribute to the crash thread on here.

Take it nice and easy...

I totaled the g/f's 03 v6 last winter... We hit "black ice" on the road and slammed into a concrete wall on the interstate.

Well when there hasn't been any reports of ice on the road, it hasn't rained in about a week, and there is no snow... ever.. and your doing 70mph on the highway and you hit a patch of ice. Not too much you can do about it.
