Default 9" in an 02?

I was working on my truck the other day and I realized that I still have the 9" rear for my truck that I built for my truck a few years ago. My friend has been begging me to trade him for the 9" that was in his mustang. It is already set up with 3.73s and a detroit locker. This set up was pretty much exactly what I was looking for. I know the setup will handle my cars power because this rear was built for his track mustang, an 03 gt with a stroked 4.6 and a kenne bell blower. Should I do the trade because the axle I have is basically sitting there and I could install the 9" before I take it to get the dyno tune so the tuner can do my whole tune at once.

Trade it! Why have something just sitting around when you could trade it for something you could use?

Thats the thing I don't know how hard it would be to install, before I trade it I have to go through how hard it would be to install it, and I'd probably have to get a custom lenght driveshaft.
