clutch ?

when changing the clutch do you have to have the flywheel resurfaced everytime?

You definetly should. That'll be like doing a pad slap. It will still work, but it will vibrate and chatter. And eventually you'd want to get rid of it and have to drop your trans again, and it's not a lot of fun [8D]... And besides, it's like $40 at a trans shop.

Its like $20 at a parts store. But yes ALWAYS have it resurfaced. And if they say you dont need it then atleast you checked.

like can you describe what you have to do.....

I got mine resurfaced when I popped the stock clutch....of course my pressure plate was in pieces soooo that might have had something to do with it. Haha, but seriously, yes you need to have it done to get everything squared up. And it's cheap. So why not?
