Default Throttle Body & Plenum

I know its obvious that getting a new throttle body is a benefit but what kind of power, response, and performance am I looking at?

Just adding a throttle body isn't going to do much. Maybe 1-2hp. You will notice a little better responce though. Especially if you are going to add a plenum and CAI.

+1. Def upgrade plenum if you do TB.

Most of the gains will be through the responsiveness. Our cars individual mods don't mean much but when you add them all together they make a good street/strip car.

a member here tested this on a built S/C engine and gained 11rwhp i believe.... i think a lot of the TB/Plenum is apsychological effect. I "noticed" an effect when i put a CAI on my GT, i think we try to look for the performance that really isnt there...maybe some throttle response, but i didnt really notice anything.... to me something like exhaust or gears or even put the money toward an SC or juice would be more worthwhile, but thats just my .02

it will be noticable, but not in power gains, more of a power curve. depending on the type you will see things such as a flatter torque curve,
