Well I'm going to get a new bumper and hood (accident). Insurance will give me a check so now I can buy anything I want. I was thinking about the Cobra R hood and possibly the bumper too. I'm not sure about the bumper yet. I want to know where the reputable sites are and are further modifications needed to my car for the install? Plus I could also use suggestions on which hood/bumper combo will look best on my black 03.

Cobra R hood would look good. I don't care to much for the bumper. It's your car though so do what you like.

 

I have the cobra R front bumper and i love it...its something different that most mustang owners dont have. I have the urethane front bumper w/ the 99 cobra fog lights and bezels custom put in. Since you have a check from insurance, i would get the original cobra R front bumper which is a 2 pc kit. Its the 99/01 cobra bumper(w/fogs and bezels) w/ a detachable 00R lip. For my set-up it was about $400, and for the orig 00R, its about $1000. If someone ever backs into the front of my car, i will definately be getting the orig. 00R kit
