Dupli-color, Pep-boys, $15.00, Three coats, Red, counting the jacking, tire removal, cleaning, painting, waiting for 2nd coat, 3rd coat, and putting it all back together= 5 hours. It is an inexpensive mod but it takes lots of time.

any high temp engine paint will work and it is much cheaper than an actual kit. Just take your time and do it right. It takes a full day, but it looks great when it is done.

very true. +1 i just used high temp engine paint to paint my calipers red (before i had brembos) and its all about prepping your calipers to make them look really good. if you sand it / clean your calipers down, it'll look 10x more sexier than just cleaning the caliper and painting it. i did 3 coats and 1 can of VHT was plenty for all 4 calipers.

but really to me, after time... the color starts to "fade" noticeably and it just looks cheap... and just sanding them down really good and polishing them would look 10x better than a painted caliper.
