Pullies
i had nothing but trouble from rpm outlet on my t/b and plenum. maske sure they have it in stock before you order. they told me two to three months before they would have what i ordered in stock. so it took three weeks to get my money back from them.
forget that. I like My a/c and my power steering. I don't need to be fighting with the steering wheel occasionally and have my car all hot inside....lol Really, the power steering is only noticeable at idle when you crank your wheels and it's not often that you would do that, but it does take away from your a/c compressor. My boy did a test for giggles on his camaro. He ran the car up to full temp in 90degree weather, let the car idle with a thermometer in the vent, then drove the car around and read it. There was barely any a/c at idle and he the coldest that came out of the vent at a consistent 80mph drive was 76degrees. He swapped out the pullies and got 74degrees at idle and 61degrees cruising with stock pullies!!! Just some backyard testing though...

SFI approved just means it won't blow up and leave schrapnel all over the track--it'sonly indirectly related tobalancing of the pulley itself, and has nothing to do with any concernsregarding engine life.If you don't drive a lot (25k per year or more) then good (non-piggyback,which are the most Mickey-Mouse looking rigs I've seen in some time) UDPs will free up a bit of power and will likely not hurt the crank or bearings. OTH, I have never seen any long-term reviews (100k miles or more) or reports from UDP users--so if engine life is important you may want to stick with the OEM setup.
