At the crank, 300hp is not that hard to do, you will just need full bolt-ons with a nice tune(headers, midpipe, catback, throttle body, plenum, intake). For rwhp, you will also need aftermarket cams and heads along with the tune.

full bolt on 2v's with h/c and a tune will put down around 320-330rwhp

just bolt on's and your looking around 280ish rwhp

280 is kidna high for boltons. most people i see are ~260 but maybe they dont have the greatest tunes with it.

I will have to agree 280rwhp is high for a bolt on 2v. Not saying it's never happened, but not tipical.

this is funny, there is a big argument in the street and strip section about guys getting 300 rwhp out of a NA 2v

Its pretty common with the 5.0's but it seems like most of the 4.6 guys just go with a power adder instead

Here is the thread, its mostly the last couple of pages though

thought it was ironic that this threadis right here

alright thanx guys for all your input i appreciate it.. well there is a kid at school that keeps saying his "MOMS" 05 V6 mustang AT will smoke my car. i dont think that would happen but like i said im a newbie so i guess ANYTHING is possible. But i was talking to a few of my friends which one of them is really good friends with the owner of Breenspeed i live about 15 minutes from there and he said he doesnt think i will be able to get 300rwhp so i was curious im still in school i would like to supercharge my car but money gets tight for a 18 year old... i am going to lincoln tech in a few months and i would like to buy a few bolt ons until i get then when i have the resources and garage space to do a supercharger.. any input am i wasting my money by doing bolt ons if i plan on buying a supercharger?? and if it is not a waste which mods would be good that i could use w/supercharger? thanks guys
