Mine have shown to make right around the same peak-to-peak power numbers as the Comp 270's, but mine tend to have a broader power range with more area under the curve. I had a customer swap out his 270's for my Stg 2 and went 2 tenths quicker with no other changes.
That is really amazing! I am really thinking about getting some stage 1's.

BTW: With your stage one do you usually just use the stock 2v redline or do you tend to bump it up a couple hundred rpm
I'd bump it a couple hundred.

I'd likely suggest a dyno tune with them....unless you have a wideband and you know what you are doing.I'd suggest the Manley NEXTEK springs.
With a stage 1, I always that doing valve springs was just a waste of time/money. I had just intended to use the stockers because I'm on a bit of a budget.

Ya, I should have been more specific. I was refering to the Stage 2's in the original post. Stock springs are fine with my stage 1's.

Hell ya! I always used Ron's stuff on all the 2V motors we built. I also carry them on my store if you need a set.

Yes I do. Degreeing is the prefered method of cam installation because it is the only way to verify both banksare timed the same. That being said, most people don't and as long as you install them correctly you will be fine.
