99GT Orphan Engine Identified?!?
OK the casting number on my heads is F65E-6C086-AD
I found someone with these same numbers on a truck forum and his were the same on his 1998 F150. Is this what my motor is out of? Or at least my heads?

Ikinda have a similar problem..when i bought my 96 GT it came with a extra set of heads and the guy i bought it from said they were the "P.I" heads..and i typed in the casting # on the heads on the internet and some sites were saying there for a explorer and some are saying there the P.I heads but i donta 100% the real answer.
what is the casting number on those heads? Look at the ports and you can tell if its PI ot Not. The PI are more rectangle shaped where as the non pi are a oval shape.
yup. Anyone know where the cating number on the block is? Can I see it easily? I need to know what motor I have and all that because I wanan start doing some more things to it.
Ok I just got a carfax and in 1998 it was brought out at factory for service and then for sale, did any 99 cars have the old non pi thrown in them as leftover engines?
