Long story short, I came across a free pair of Nitto NT450's that are 275/50/17's and I desperately need some new rubber in the rear. However, they look pretty damn big. I'm not worried about the width at all, its the height. I did some calculations and meaurements and I think they will be okay, but I was wondering if anyone had seen/used this size before on a mustang and new what the outcome would be. Thanks for any input guys.

i think you'll be okay assuming you still have stock springs.

They will be fine. I run 28's everyday, and havn't had any problems.
