seems like it would cause more lag b/c of the travel not worth it in my eyes just to hide turbos

although if u street race this may b good to trcik the competition

Well the TT system on mustangs is so damn complicated, and expensive. That i thought this might be a good alternative. From what i read on there it makes pretty good power... 447 on a 3v at 7 psi.

FTL. every one of them I have seen, no matter what the car, seem to underperform compared to a real TT kit or supercharger etc.

At the 3000 dollar price for the tuner kit your well over 4500-5000 with it fully installed and tuned. Your easily into the centri or even some KB systems there. With a centri you would have an easy 500-1000 left over for other parts as well.

There is actually no lag with with the sts kit more then with a normal kit. Down side is the extra piping , oil lines, oil pumps, And the fact that someone could stear your turbos in a matter of minutes.

the only reason i could fathum to get this is to save engine space, cuz i twin turbos in the back of a notch but it was a drag car so the piping went right through the center of the car

The other advantage to them is cooler temps. The under hood temps with 2 turbos there is crazy. With the turbos in the back it helps a lot. I know they make gaurds for them but I would be so scared to suck up a bunch of water with them back there.

i think the rear mount turbos dont suffer from lag as much as minor psi loss.
