Default Cold Air Intake Question

Hello All,

I have found in our local market this cold air intake from Simota – Model MTU30
http://www.simota.com/pro_in_ford.php

it’s written that to be used with mustang’s 4.6L 2V V8 (OLD TYPE) for years 96-01.

I have a GT 4.6L 2003, please advice if this type can be used with my car

Thank you all

get a K&N and remove the air silencer it will be just as good and probably cheaper.

what... think about that man, there is no way in hell a CAI seizes an engine, the other guy had other problems. CAI's are good, but not worth alot of money, 50.00 ebay fenderwell is the best gain for your $

that is totally unaccurate.

there is nothing wrong with getting a cai. just don't drive through huge puddles

its not that hard

They are kinda' pretty, but won't do a damned thing for performance--the OEM intake is a CAI and reasonably good one at that...

this is enough for me, for a mod that gains no performance increase over a drop in filter and a silencer delete, it sure seems like more of a risk than its worth....ive got a CAI now that was on there when i bought it, but soon i will be switching to a jlt rai or the stock airbox with a k&n drop in
