ok, I didn't see so many posts back! ha ha sorry about that everyone! I had stripped my engine down to the block to fix a head leakand took it to a machine shop. they are boring it out and installing all newforged internals. also at the same time I got the ford racing heads and a bunch of partsfor myintakeand exhaust. there are also a few other parts I still need to order like a clutch and water pump and so on! right now I'm just waiting to get the block back from the shop and I'll be putting it back in plus I give you guys a complete list of all the parts I ended up using! also more pics to come!

+1 on the k member and degrease and pressure wash that bitch!!!!!!
the reason I didn't do the k-member is because then I would need to do the lower control arms which would mean I need coil-overs but sadly I just replaced all the springs, struts, and ball joints last summer.

also its kinda hard to wash a car when is less then 10*F outside! you lucky sob's down southwith your 60*+ weather!

and 4.698GT I use my a/c as this is my DD, I put lots of miles on this car and I am 100% sure this wont be the last time I pull it motor. but the next time I think I'll be going for the 5.4 swap!

Hey, it's the 1 other MN guy! Sometime we'll have to get together, whenver we can get both of our cars running. You'll probably get up and running before me but oh well.

What's the plan for the car with the forged internals?

Justcurious, are you part of TCstangs?

I'm getting the forged internals with the plans to add a direct shot of nitrous when more cash becomes available!

I never did join TCstangs, I have just found most of what I needed on here plus it talks longer to get replies to posts.

I'll have to look into that but as far as I found they all use tubular control arms with the k-members

They make tubular k members and tubular control arms with spring perches.

so is that what the Upper Coil Spring Perches are for? I was looking at the QA1 MU1TK w/MU2ESA but thought I would have to get coil-overs to make them work!
