Default updates of my rebuild (pix)

the start



stripped down

the stockers

bare block

pistons

rods

a little painting (poor quality, but who cares lol)

where i'm at so far


right now the crank & 1 piston/rod is at the shop getting balanced. my Patriot Performance Stage II heads are in the mail (supposed to be anyways), and i'm ordering the cams from MPH on wednesday. i'll update this as the process moves along and i get more pictures to post.

over $5,000, plus i'm doing some other this such as:
new throwout bearing- $65
a/c eliminator bracket- $30
sniper tuner- $340
high volume oil pump- $52
7qt. oil pan from moroso- $260
full length subframe connectors and upper/lower control arms- $220
18' fr500's- $1100
hood pins (need 'em, not just for looks)- $35
bumpsteer kit- $150
swarr bar- $160
Autometer gauge cluster- $350ish
smoked headlights w/clear corners- $200
rear seat delete- $130
3-pillar gauge pod and gauges- $135
shift light- $30
billet fuel door- $100
FRPP billet pedals- $50
built 31 spline rear end- $1000+-
tko500- $2000ish

looking at putting almost $12000 into the stang this year. last summer i put $5000 into in in just bolt-ons. $17,000 into a car i paid $11,000 for, and it'll still only be worth about $9,000 hahaha. this things we do
