I have both LM1's and II's and I like the 1's for their loudness, but I prefer the tone of the II's better, both with a MRT catted h. I didn't notice any rasp with the II's but 1's rasp quite a bit. The 1's are alot louder than the II's also.

i really like the sound of my LM II's only kinda wish it was louder, tone is awesome tho.. i just orderd a UPR o/r x pipe and wil lhave that insalled this weekend.. i think it will sound pretty loud and good with some raspyness to it

thats a vid of me racing with my LMII's and o/r H. I had an exhaust leak really bad in the resonators for when i had swapped them out so it sounds a little worse than it does now after i fixed it. But it gives u a good idea of what they sound like. notice on the second race of the 350z when i gun it at Low RPM's you hear some slight machine gunning? well the LM with o/r sounded JUST like that but nearly throughout the ENTIRE powerband. The LMII's quickly stop machine gunning after like 3.5k rpms and turn into a smooth vrrrooooooooom screaming.
