Eventually I'm gonna be putting turn downs right after my mufflers. I have a Bassani catback, so I'll just disconnect the tail pipes and put some tips on.

But my question is where the hell do I find some turn down tips in 2.5" inlet diameter? I looked on completeexhaust.com and the only turn down tips I could find were for big trucks and diesels with 4 inch inlets. So what did you turn down guys do for tips?

 

I found a pair right at Advanced Auto parts no problem. When I went in, they actualy only had 2 left in the bin

Your local Midas, or shadetree muffler shop can just bend a 2.5in pipe at whatever angle you want, and tack it on.

 

muffler shop made mine... 3" reduced to 2.5" at the muffler. like 25 bucks out the door. i love the sound now. it kinda took away some of the rasp and the resonance off the ground made it sound deeper.
