Default Leaking Fluid

I been seeing dried up blue liquid on my garage floor, 1st thought would be it had to be my washer fluid but i checked the level couple times now and it seems to be fine. Any suggestions?

I seem to remember something about there being a PCV problem, if you had it, it would leak a little from behind the crank pulley and you would get oil in your intake. Do you know what kind of fluid it is? engine? transmission fluid?

I can`t think of any fluid that is blue in color except washer fluid. I might be a very small leak from the reservoir/hose.

It would have to be washer fluid if it's dried up. Oil, tranny fluid, break fluid, rear end oil don't "dry" up. Only water would evaporate.
