im gonna have around $4000 by the end of the summer i should i get a sc for $3600 or do a pi head and intake swap and maybe some lt headers or some cams while the motors open or get a body kit with some new paint for the whole car

I would do pi head swap first and cams then the F/I. LTs do not add significant hp

save a little more or get a used s/c and get ported PI head, stage 2 blower cams, PI intake, and a s/c

Forget the PI heads, port your NPI heads and get a set of cams. This way when you supercharge it you won't have to worry about high compression.

Just get a supercharger, intercooler, andtune. Then worry about making it hook.
