impressive times for stock on street tires. you probably have a factory freak or something. the average driver wont hit 13's on a stock GT so your doing good.
his times are good but not freakish. I'm not the best driver and when my car was factory stock, my 1st time (out in the summer) I hit 13's, but everyone tried telling me that I had a factory freak too...

I was with him last night and was also surprised with the 2 14.0XX runs he had, one was at 100mph and another at 99mph..

What he didnt tell you was his first run was a 16.5 with like a 3.4 60'...haha

We lined up our last pass down the track and he held his own pretty good...

I need to drop .3 to hit 12s.... suggestions are welcome!!! 13.3@106 with a 2.00X 60'

[align=left]In most cases as long as a guy can drive a stock auto such as a 02 gt and a 02 gt 5 spd. If the dude knows how to drive a 5 spd he'll win. Now this isn't the case with the 05's and up tho.

I've never believed in the factory freak. Mike, you may remember that waaaay back in 2002 my car went 13.45@102 at Beech Bend with a shifter, O/R X, welded in Flowmasters and a K&N drop in filter.........nothing else, even the crappy stock Gatorbacks. The weather was good ~50* and calm with a sweet 2.02 60'.
