Default Aluminum Flywheel

What else should be done on my car if I get a aluminum flywheel? Cause I hear about people putting them in and then later they end up warping on them. I dont want to waste my money and then have to go back and replace it. Any help will be great.....

Aluminum flywheels are a great upgrade for any street car. They are much lighter than stock, reducing the rotational mass thus allowing your engine to rev quicker and giving you a couple more HP to the wheels. I wouldn't swap one unless I was already doing a clutch though. You shouldn't worry about the flywheel warping, the friction surface is not made out of aluminum.

If your doing a clutch swap already, its not that bad at all since you can pick one up for about $250.
