SCT X3 and Transgo Shift kit?

SCT X3 and Transgo Shift kit?
Hello all!
I'm new to the whole modifying scene, but I've definitely gained a lot of knowledge through these forums and with help from my brother in law. So far, he and I have put in headers, an x-pipe, and flow master cat-back system into my automatic '02 GT. A few weeks ago I threw in a K&N FIPK II air filter. A few days ago I bought an SCT X3 tuner for the car and installed a pre-programmed tune. Currently I have 3.73 gears and a Transgo shift kit waiting to go in. My question is, will the shift kit and tuner be a good combination? I'm having the car dyno-tuned in a few weeks when I have the money and I assume that may affect the answers too. Any help would be great! Thanks
