so... if the cost of repairing the tr3650 for this problem is roughly 1200 for parts alone then labor added and stuff probably 1600-2000.. What benefit would it be to dish out a lil extra change to buy a rebuilt t56 and toss it in, i know you'd have to buy a new spline and shifter and shorten the drift shaft and such but you can shorten it yourself.. if you know what your doin.. But would this benefit in any way?
