Default Ive been bit by the MODBUG

So i just remove my engine from my car and what im planning on doing is getting:

-Forged Piston, Rods and Crank
-VT Stage 2 Cams w/ Valve Spring Kit
-A/C Delete
-Long Tube Headers and off road H Pipe
-Heads

I already have JLT CAI, 75mm Tb and PLenum combo (accufab), Steeda UDPs, 4.10 gears, BBK shorty headers (getting rid of em), Flowmaster exhaust, Stage 1 Clutch. Think thats it i might be forgeting some things.

My questions are:
I was surfing on americanmuslce.com and saw a Coil Pack and Fuel injectors. Would it be a good idea to get these?

Honestly, sounds like alot of money and a waste if your block isn't trashed. If you're gonna put a big 2 stage nitrous shot on there or push more than 500 rwhp then maybe, otherwise, save it.

1+ Injectors would be a waste unless you add a P/A , aftermarket CPs wouldnt be a bad ideal unless you need a better spark. Rebuild your block , add a P/A and then add the little buggers. Sounds like you got a nice set of bolt ons already (minus the BBK headers).

If you're gonna pull the engine and you decide you wanna build it once and build it right I suggest the following.

1. Fully forged and internally balanced short block
2. Stage 3 heads and big cams (.550/.550 25x/25x 113+ LSA)
3. Poweradder of choice (nitrous for the track, turbo/SC for a DD)
4. Fuel System (Aeromotive 1000)
5. Full suspension (fully adjustable U/LCA's to set pinion angle, tubular K-member, a-arms, and coilovers front and back. weld axle tubes. panhard bar.
6. New EFI/ignition system (Big Stuff 3, or your choice of MSD boxes and granatelli/msd/accel cops)

thats a good starting point.

My end goal is kenne bell super charger anywhere between 450 to 500 horse.
Fully forged internals are the pistons, rods, and crank.. right? and about the heads im looking into getting some, i was thinking about stage 2 heads and stage 2 blower cams. would it be okay to have the stage 2 blower cams on my car with out havein the blower on? just would need a tune i think. and about suspension i know i need to do that. my car is lowered two inchs with sportline springs, not really helping any but looks good.

Supercharge it first, run it on low boost and then do the other stuff. But you could do the headers at the same time. Otherwise youd be running supercharger cams on a N/A motor which i hear isnt fun

stock injectors wont be enough for a head cam setup.. and you do know you are talkin about 6k easy right?? stage 2 heads and stage 2 blower cams would be the way to go if you are going to do a KB.. Because both add a ton of power in the midrange and will compliment the KB nicely..
