it really doesnt seem like you have a clue about anything you are talkin about?
must be easy to say when all you say is " stage 2 heads and stage 2 blower cams would be the way to go if you are going to do a KB." Wow you must've gone to school at Wyotech to tell him that.

He didn't say his motor was blown or anything and for just an N/A stage 2 h/c setup forging the bottom end is a waste. And he didn't say how he was going to go with a poweradder so I gave him what I'm going to be doing with my motor. I'm going to dive into it once and be done.

he mentioned he was gonna be using the vt engines stuff.. so I said stage 2 heads and blower cams.. because he already decided where he is getting it. if you went with stage3 cams and or heads you would loose a ton of midrange.. which is where the KB really sould be shining.. then the heads and cams are going to want to be spun higher than the KB will make power... stage 3 stuff is for people going to spin 7500+ rpm... you don't need or want that wih a KB.. at least on a 2v.. vt stage 2 heads and cams a 6500 rpm rev limit and instant power everytime you touch the gas...

he didn't say anywhere in his posts (that I read anyways) that he wanted to go KB. I was also pointing out that if his engine isn't blown up and only planned to run N/A for awhile that the forged bottom end was a waste. ****, there's guys on here running KB's @ 9 lbs on a stock block.

I'm not really a huge fan of twin screws anyways, I'd much rather prefer to have two hairdryers for a DD'd fast car.

My end goal is kenne bell super charger anywhere between 450 to 500 horse.
Fully forged internals are the pistons, rods, and crank.. right? and about the heads im looking into getting some, i was thinking about stage 2 heads and stage 2 blower cams. would it be okay to have the stage 2 blower cams on my car with out havein the blower on? just would need a tune i think. and about suspension i know i need to do that. my car is lowered two inchs with sportline springs, not really helping any but looks good.
looks like he said kenne bell right there... i would honestly combine BOTH answers and got stage 2 BUT would not forge the bottom end... you should be ok if you get a decent tune with 450 on the stock block

So what you guys are saying is that running a kenne bell super charger from 450 to 500 horse power would be fine on a stock block with stock internals? i thought the breaking point was 450 hp? If you guys were gonna go for 450 hp to 500 hp what would you guys do?

edited: like build wise? my engine is on the stand right now and i wanna take this opportunity to make it safe to be at those numbers later down the road..

Dont do an AC delete, it has a clutch on it and doesnt eat much HP at all.
An AC delete is more of a weight saving issue then a HP issue.

if you want 500 and can afford it just do the forged motor, but one of the aluminator shortblocks from ford, and do whatever else you want to.
