As said before, many people post facts and others their honest opinion, but there is a huge difference between the two. I think the main problem is how people post their opinions. There is a big difference between, "I don't think it looks good, but to each their own" and "that looks like complete a$$!! 20s on a mustang should be a crime!![:'(]." idk though, just a small observation I made. later.

 

its not that people are scared or sensitive but some dont have the knowledge of 10 years of working with stangs like other guys on here do.im 19 and ive learned alot about stangs solely by working on my own car and learning stuff about my car on this site and wat others have reported on the forums.when there are really technical threads going on im not going to try and talk about something that i am not 100 percent sure of because people on the forums just bash people too much and raise their b.s flag with out giving anyone a chance and from then on your known as the dumb *** .so the regular bolt ons guys(with minimal experience) dont want to get bashed and there fore just observe and try to learn from what everyone else is debating about.i mean if a guy is claiming 500 hp with only bolt ons and dumb lies like that then of course call him out but if someone makes a mistake by all means correct them but dont bash on them because they might not have the same knowledge and experience with stangs as the next guy.it seems to me the guys who are ******** on here are the ones with the most posts and money dumped into their cars.that might because they ve had more experience modding a stang etc and are tired of people asking the same questions being asked on the forums.well guys this is a forums not a popularity contest and people come on here to learn and one day you problably asked those same questions when you didnt know much.

 

well I know one thing, you haven't claimed 350wrhp n/a bcause they won't make 350 n/a. I don't have a problem with what you say. For the most part it seems pretty staight forward and you're probably not 18-20 talking junk.

Well there's a difference between being honest, and just being a jerk.

For a short period, it was anything but fun to post on these forums, because the only responses people would post would be negative. But it seems to have subsided almost entirely, and has become much more enjoyable to post on these forums.

Case in point is when people post up about run ins with other cars. Almost every race posted you'll have some fool throwing a BS flag, or they'll throw in the "you beat the driver, not the car". I hate that!! Every race is an f'n drivers race. As I've said time and time again, I've seen Vette's run 15's, and Honda's run 11's. A driver makes all the difference in the world, and unless you're in a perfect world (which we're not), it will always come down to the driver.

I do agree if something is extremely far fetched like a sixxer claiming to beat acobra stock, of course the BS flag needs to come up. But otherwise people need to lighten up, and stop being so damn negative.

On a different note, I will agree if you post up pics or ask for an honest opinion, expect to get an honest answer. If you can't handle it, don't ask or post pics.
