Supercharger is INSTALLED.
Friday night we installed my Procharger P1SC Intercooled. Ran into a few problems since the kit was bought used. Minor things like a missing 'L' bracket to help hold the intercooler in place, a few nuts and bolts, but we made due. Had to do a few other minor modifications such as cut about 3 inches out of the stock GT bumper so it wouldn't rub against the intercooler piping.
To make a long story short we used an SVT focus fuel pump that came with a KB boost-a-pump. It was about 2am and my mechanic buddy said the BAP would take about an hour to install. He was tired so we quit for the night. He said the car would run fine without the BAP. I question his decision not to install. He assures me it will be fine.
Saturday morning I make it to ABEL Racing to get a dyno tune. After about 10 pulls they get it to 366whp maxing the fuel pump out. They said I would see upwards of 390-400 if I had a better fuel pump. They make one last pull and the pump GIVES OUT! I decide to purchase a Walbro 255 fuel pump for $120, but now I have to install it and come back on Monday and pay another $175 for a retune!!![:@] If we had installed the BAP this would have never happened.
Anyway, Monday afternoon she should be ready to go. Hoping for 390ish, but after watching a 366 pull I will be more than pleased with the end result. I will have pictures and video and dyno sheets up tomorrow.
