romeo.....oh romeo. where art thou romeo?
copy and pasted from a google search:

The blocks were different on the 99-2000(windsor block) then the 2001-2004 (romeo) but ... 2004 Mustang GT torque converter broke at 29000 miles, ponyu
not true. I have a 99 (built in 98) and my friend has a 2000(built in 99). He recently did a motor swap from MMR and assumed they assumed he had a windsor. When he went to swap valvecovers over, they did not fit, they were for a romeo.

How hard is it people???? 96-98 are NPI Romeo's 99-00 are Wisdors 01-04 are Romeos.

People that don't know what they are talking about should not post facts. It only confuses people.
