what is this sound?

every so often a wierd drone/howling noise comes from my motor. im thinkin it is a pully but can anyone give me an answer the vid of the noise is in the link below

sounds like water pump bearings to me.
remove the belt and spin all the pulleys by hand see if you can find exactly
where its coming from.
