saleen gears are 3.55's. id say with the blower go with 3.90's or 4.10's. and longtubes and an x pipe and if you like magnaflow exhaust, just an o/r x pipe. but if you dont like the sound, get a catback too. and maybe a pulley swap too.
+1 what everyone said If you really are a speed junkie rip off the saleenappearance stuff. It will make a notiable sotp difference. And of course forged internals and upping that boost [8D]
The Saleen blower sucks *****. I've never liked them, even the newer gens. Pulley swap, tune, full exhaust, and bolt ons would make it feel a lot better. And if you have the money, some cams.
great info!! this will get me started. i want to make a run or two to get a base line then start the performance upgrades to see the difference. the rear wheels are 18x10 with a 295/35, i want to put something wider on that wont rub, any suggestions?
you basically have a terminator with saleen appearance. you could slap a twin screw on there and net 600whp.
Wrong. The saleen is a 2V, not 4V like the termi. It is basically a GT with Saleen blower. The stock block cannot handle as much either. I wouldn't go past 400-410 rwhp without making the enitire rotating assembly forged.
