rear end noise

rear end noise
I have a 97 GT Conv. I hear a whining noise from rear end. I replaced wheel bearings with TIMEKENS bearings, and of course I put innew rear end fluid with anti slip fluid. Noise is still there. I hear it while accelarating. But, when I deaccelerate it goes away. any ideas ?
