Default HEAD trouble

As most of you know, I have a 98 gt.
I bought a set of heads off of Ebay that are 99's. The guy claims that they are 11-bolt Romeo heads. But, 99-00 were Windsor right?
Also, the Valves and springs and camsare laying in a box, they are not even assembled to the heads...
What are my troubles going to be installing these? I wish I had the money to buy new CNC machined stage II heads.... [&o]

EDIT: Also, I know that these heads will still work, but what would I need to make them work with a romeo block?

Definitely windors. Pressed cams FTL. Thats what I have. (The only thing that make them worse is when you upgrade your cams you'll have to buy cam gears also.)

If you can't get out of the sale, save your money and get a valve job and a nice port done on them. There's a local shop around here that said they'd do mine for 350$ plus the price of parts.

Buy all your timing accessories piece by piece and throw them on all at once. On the bright side, since the heads aren't "dirty" they only will charge you for the port and reassembly.

Just be patient....I can't tell you how many things I've messed up trying to get something done in a hurry or made that impulse buy.

All you need to make those work on your engine is windsor valve covers.
