i am thinking of changing cat-back to magnapacks.... not loud enough for me right now with the slp power flo's.... i want it louder but not window rattling loud.... how loud would it be with the Longtubes' and o/r/h.??

Not as loud as you think it would be. Try searching youtube for that combo, but I don't think that combo will warrant any unwanted attention from the cops.
