Default Rear view mirror

Has anyone moved their mirror up on the windshield? I am 5'11" and it blocks my view. If so how would you remove it from the windshield?

I'm not so sure it would work, it might cut off the field of view in the mirror, aka you may not be able to see out the back window at the right angle if you move it up....

Anyway, No you can't move the mirror. The windshield comes with the mount made into it. You can take the mirror off of the mount, but you cant move the mount.

Time to take the phonebook out of the driver seat.

Have you tried to adjust your seat? (assuming they are power)
It should move up and down.

Im 6' and havent had any problem either, however I know for a fact you can move the mount on the windshield. Im not to sure on the technique but Im from Texas and the heat alone one day melted the glue used for the mount and I found my mirror dangling from the windshield one day. I had to pick up a rear view mirror mounting kit from autozone.
