1. if we have, we did it once or twice and grew the **** up and learned how stupid it is.
2. maybe some of us have respect for others and HAVEN'T?!? That IS a possibility.
3. "opening it up on the highway" in my opinion is merging from an empty onramp to an empty or low population highway while accelerating to about 65-75 quickly... not beating the **** out of my car, not endangering others. some of us act our age.

i really didnt expect some of the negative responses i recieved...i know what im doing is illegal and endangering peoples lives (even though we do it in the AM's with NO one on the road -see vids) but you guys need to face reality, atleast 80% of the people on here open it up on the street, racing other people or not they are doing the same thing. If you spent THOUSANDS of dollars modding your car to only drive it hard/open it up on a track u have to drive so far to, then damnprops to you. i spent alot of time and worked hard on my car and by all means i WILL enjoy it for what its meant to be. This is my DD so im careful with it dont think i rag it out or am some domestic ricer boy...

Whatever you do just don't let your ego drive your right foot. Most accidents are cause by show offs or big egos that stop paying attention. Try and stay safe and watch out for other people and yourself. We all know the consequences, so I think the preaching isn't necessary guys.

Also remember, we never know when mechanical failure will hit us or them and that dangerous too.

I street race and I have fun at it. I also know what will happen if I hurt or kill someone. Unfortunately, since I'm so pretty, I don't think the outcome would be very good if I go to jail.

 

I don't see any since in running that fast in a race personally. I ran my car on bower in the 1/4 with a 4.30 gear one time and crossed the line at 117 mph in fourth gear so with a 3.73 gear you should be able to run plenty fast enough in 4th without going to fifth.
