Default 2 ??

First, has anyone ever bought the cheap Cobra raider dectector? does it work, like does it go off a few feet before you can see a cop . Secound does the Dibable programmer worth it, does mpg increase that much. Does it work like a scanner does plug it in and then take it out, or you leave it in pluged in the whlole time. thanks alot.

I used to have a Cobra, worked fine for me.

I'm gonna guess that your talking about a Diablo (Dibable? WTF?) No its not worth the money get a SCT and then it will be worth the money, or go with sniper. Your not gonna notice a HUGE gain in MPG if any at all.

It does work just like a scanner, you plug it in, load your tune and then take it out.

No problem. If your gonna go with the SCT XCal I recommend you get it from Brenspeed, they are the #1 SCT dealer/tuner in the country. Call them up and tell them you wanna order one, they will ask you what all mods you have, and then they will write 3 tunes to your tuner for you. They will give you whatever you want but usually you can get like one 87 oct. tune and two 92/93 oct. tunes. Or you can have them put a valet tune on there which basically sets the rev limiter to 3k and wont let you go over 45 or 50 MPH, this would be extremly useful whenver you have your car worked on, or let a buddy (who is sober) drive your drunk a$$ home.
