I think it's more in the neighborhood of 315/30/18. A 315/40/18 would have a huge sidewall it would seem like.

Why would you want a size like that? that tire is waay to big, the cars gonna look all jacked up

cause i need new back tires.. but m front are 265/40/18..... so if i wore to put 315/30 or 315/35 it would be noticable and look dumb

No it wouldn't. 265/40/18 is the same height as 315/30/18. The middle is aspect ratio, and is a percentage of the first number. It's not like 30 or 40 are set numbers. They're percents.
