Default "Chip" tunes?

Ok so i have reached the end of my modding. I am not at the point in my life where i need to be spending any more money on the stang and i realize this...

Anyways, i was wanting to top my car off with some gears. I have been trying to find the cheapest way to do this. I really do not want to spend the money on a handheld because i just want it tuned and to be done with it. I will not want to play around with it any more.

So, i was looking at the chips from brenspeed,AM. I want a name brand chip and not some no name shi*. But as i looked i noticed that just chips are $300!

Does anyone have a solution for me? All i want is to have a chip or SOMETHING that will fix my speedo and in the near future get a dynotune on(i am told i MUST have a chip or handheld for a dynotune).

Just to emphasize this:
-Im wanting to spend as little money as possible
-I will not want to play around with anything after its tuned so i see a handheld as useless for me

A speedcal will not work for an 03 auto.

Can anyone else chime in?

adam buy a tuner.... its not that much more expensive and you will be able to read engine codes if you ever need to...

Yeah just buy an x-cal from brenspeed and be done with it, plus be able to scan CEL's.
