Default I need some good input....

In a recent post i was considering building up the motor. But Im curious as what will really be better in the long run. So the main question whats the biggest block I can put in the 99-04 body. the block will be something that i will just work on and have work done throughout the next year or so. and then will drop in the car. should I drop a push rod motor in or shoot for a 98 cobra motor,5.4l or ??????????????
