Default Securing back plate

I got my bassani catted X stuck on today. The X, coupled with the SLP LM 1's are rattling the hell out of my back plate, and it is bugging me.

What would be the easiest way to secure the plate at the bottom? There are no mounting holes for the bottom on my car, so that is out of the question. I was thinking maybe some dynamat or something along those lines.

Has anybody else ever had this problem? I love how the car sounds, but the rattling plate is ghetto.

I was thinking of some ultra-thin weather stripping or something, just so it does not rattle. VERY annoying to say the least. Almost makes me want to put the stock H pipe back on

almost.
