Default Trick Flow Intake

Anybody fill me in on some info about the Trick Flow Bullitt style intake? What kind of performance gains and in what range of the powerband? Better for forced induction or NA? Worth the money or not? I think Summit carries it for about $700.

i got the track heat style trickflow intake manifold put on about 2 weeks ago, but i havnt driven it yet cause im deployed in iraq and have my wife take care of it. the reason i got it was because the stock plastic one might break if you use nitrous, and i plan on gettin it. i think i did help a little bit,10 to 15 horses, and thats just with a stock exhaust on it, if you have better than stock exhaust i think youll see better gains. if anything it makes my engine look great. if you want to see it on the dyno, go here, if you want to see some close up pics let me know

Sure, if you have some pictures post 'em up!

I wonder though....is a tune necessary after install though? If I were to do this, I would have a drop in filter, o/r x, and catback. I am just trying to stay away from the MEGA cost of a dyno tune.

1. The trickflow is nothing like the P.O.S. bullitt intake. The plenum entering at the back is the only thing the same. The bullitt is a long runner crappy intake just like the stock plastic one. The trickflow is a mid length runner. I noticed a big improvement after 4000rpms after the install. I highly suggest a tune with the intake.
