Prochamber installed
Just finished installing OR prochamber. just thought I'd drop a few notes for anyone that might be searching for tips for this. I feel like someone has kicked my *** crawling under that damn car in the 103+ heat. this really would be a simple job with a lift. PB blaster, a heavy duty socket wrench for good leverage, 10-12" extension, and a swivel adapter (for left nut on passenger side), are a must. thankfully I don't have big hands. the driver side O2 sensor was a (*&
W#$*%, but I was able to access it from the hood down the firewall. i didn't work on it non-stop by any means, but total working time on this was probably 4-5 hours. don't laugh, I'm slow and had no help!
only drove it a few miles, but no CEL light yet...and it sounds incredible. I listened to who knows how many youtube clips on this, but not a single internet clip can justify how good that thing sounds. I don't think i have any leaks. I'm not sure I know what one sounds like anyways... Are they fairly easy to detect as far as hearing them??
Oh..and the Napa stud kit for driver side manifold and the Ford OEM gasket for passenger side manifold are must too.
