Take everything with a grain of salt, and do your own research before you rush into a purchase. Rule of thumb is companies that sell a product is not a proper place to research their product. Check forums for true research on the product.

A TB/Plm setup won't add 20rwhp....that's a joke. Any site will say that their product adds XXrwhp for a reason...

I'd like to see the dyno sheets where people actually did lose power by going with a 75mm setup.

I highly doubt this. Maybe if they have just the t/b and plenum as there only mods, but I still doubt it. When you do exhaust and an intake, high flor airfilter, and the plunum, t/b I guarentee you won't lookse power when adding it.
