Default Leaning Issue

So I noticed a week or so ago that my car leans to the front left tire and actually pulls left when I'm driving. This lean was very apparent when looking at the front of my car. The front bumper was lower on the left side than on the right side. My friend and I tested the shocks and there isn't a lot of bounce to them so it doesn't appear to be a bad shock, but I could be wrong. I checked tire pressure and it was ridiculously low so I aired up all my tires. That got rid of most of the lean, but there's still a little lean there and it still pulls a little left. Anyone know what else I could check?
