If you buy an S/C kit it will come with everything you'll need. It comes with a programmer but it's suggested that you get it dyno tuned.

well like said before if you buy a kit it will bring almost everything you need. but the major things some kits dont bring are injectors, fuel pumps, and mafs.im sure some kits include them but if you just want to buy something that will help when the time for a s/c comes a svt focus fuel pump wouldnt be a bad idea.
